Omoni Oboli's new movie Wives on Strike, which she wrote, directed, produced and stared in, is breaking and smashing the Nigerian box office.
In just 25 days, the movie has had 60million views across the cinemas nationwide. The movie premiered on the 8th of April.
The movie will premiere in Ghana at the Silver Bird Cinema, Accra on the 13th of May, 2016.
Wives on Strike, is a hilarious comedy about a group of market women who decided to take matters into their own hands against their husbands in a bid to stir them into standing up for a young girl whom they wanted to protect from the wishes of her own father.
Its definitely a movie to go watch this weekend. Its a movement with a serious message.
