Buhari’s certificate suit adjourned indefinitely





Justice Adeniyi Ademola of the Federal High Court, Abuja,  indefinitely adjourned a suit challenging the academic credentials of President Muhammadu Buhari. 

In his ruling at the High court, he said that the case was being adjourned, following a notice of appeal filed by the President.

 President Buhari appealed against a previous ruling of the court dismissing his preliminary objection to the suit filed by Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe, a lawyer based in Abuja.
