JAMES IBORI: Lovette Idisi moved a motion against British Govt.




The Honourable member representing Ethiope federal constituency at the Nigeria Federal House of Representatives, Hon. Lovette Idisi has moved a motion against the British government for disregarding the right of Chief James Onanefe Ibori.


According to a post on his official Facebook page, Hon. Idisi stated;
"Today the 16 -6-16, Imoved a petition on the floor of the House from Chief Onanefe James Ibori against the British government for callously disregarding his rights to personal dignity and thereby impugning the sovereignty of Nigeria".

"The house resolves to assign this matter to the committee on public petition to cause the house committee on foreign affairs to revisit the plight of a member of my constituency, Also the House prays that our petition be referred to the ministry of foreign affairs for immediate freedom and extradition of a member of my constituents by name Chief James Ibori" I so moved.
