Adele visits a gravely ill 12 year old by surprising her, after the mom posted a wish for the Grammy award winner to see her daughter.
Adele responded to the request and visited the fan on Tuesday with a visit in between her Belfast tour dates.
12-year-old Rebecca Gibney's mother Tracy launched a campaign on social media, asking for a message from Adele for her seriously ill daughter.
But the Hello singer went one step further, surprising Tracy and Rebecca with a visit to her bedside.
