Abdullah C., has become the 9th suspect arrested in connection to the terrorist attack in Paris that killed 130 people. An arrest warrant was given by the investigating judge against the suspect for terrorist murder and for participating in the activities of a terrorist organisation.
It is believed that the Belgian national was contacted by Hasna Aitboulahcen who was killed five days later when police raided a flat in the Paris suburb of Saint-Denis. This contact is believed to have taken place after the deadly attack of November 13. The Belgian prosecutor's spokesman said, "Several phone calls were made between the suspect and Hasna Aitboulahcen after the terrorist attacks and before the Seine-Saint-Denis raids."
Abdoullah C., who was born in 1985, was arrested on Tuesday, 22nd December. A decision on extending the duration of his detention will take place on Thursday.
