The case is yet to be assign to a specific judge. Both father and son are likely to be charged on a 4-count money laundering charge on Tuesday, the 29th of December. It is alleged that he received N600 million.

Former PDP Chairman son to be prosecuted by EFCC
The Economic and Finanacial Crimes Commission, has filed charges against the Former PDP chairman's son Abbah Mohammed, for an alleged role in the diversion of funds, meant for the purchase of arms in the office of the National Security Adviser. His father was the ex-minister of defense and former Chairman of PDP, Haliru Bello Mohammed.
