Academy President issues statement on Lack of diversity at the Oscars nominations

The President of the Academy Awards, Cheryl Boone Isaacs, has issued a public statement in response to complaints of racism and lack of diversity at the Oscars.

This comes in the wake of Jada Pinkett Smith and Spike Lee announcing they will not be attending this years Oscars, Cheryl Boone Isaacs says she was "heartbroken and frustrated" by the nominations.
