Former Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro arrived at an employment tribunal court on Wednesday morning for the first hearing in her legal battle with the club and Jose Mourinho. Carneiro left Chelsea in September.
She was seen with her , husband Jason De Carteret, wearing a long grey coat, attending the private hearing before a senior judge at London South Employment Tribunal in Croydon.
The former first-team doctor is claiming constructive dismissal and sex discrimination against Chelsea after she was relieved of pitch-side duties following a public row with Mourinho.
Mourinho called Carneiro and Fearn “impulsive and naive”, but the Premier League Doctors’ Group said failure to treat Hazard would have been a breach of their care of duty.
