President Muhammadu Buhari has sworn-in Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita as the substantive Head of Service on Wednesday in Abuja.
Buhari administered the oath of office before the commencement of the Federal Executive Council, FEC meeting at the villa in Abuja.
Mrs Winifred Oyo-Ita took over the mantle of the Head of Service in October 2015 when the immediate HoS, Mr. Danladi Kifasi proceeded on terminal leave.
She promised to fight corruption in the service and also boost capacity building for the civil servants.
